The Design Focused Session captures your space as it is, highlighting the overall layout along with detail vignettes.

Detail vignettes are close-ups of the decor and amenities that make your space unique; All the thoughtful touches that get lost in the wider angles.

The Signature Session includes overview images, detail vignettes and styled setups.

Styled setups focus more on the experience rather than just the layout itself. It's styling the space as if a person has just left the frame.

The first step is to fill out my contact form for Vacation Rental Owners. A 50% deposit and signed Service Agreement are required to begin the planning process.

From there, we’ll schedule a call to discuss your target market, amenities, and overall goals for the project.

Then I'll plan your styled setups and create a personalized creative brief outlining the shot list, timeline, and key details for the day of the photoshoot.

Because of the level of planning involved, I recommend scheduling 3–4 weeks in advance to allow time for the design call and planning the setups.

Styled setups take on a more story-driven approach. Instead of focusing on the property itself, these images convey a lifestyle and how guests could enjoy the space. We have more room to be creative and often spend extra time on each theme to capture a variety of angles and lighting.

During the planning process, we review your property’s amenities, design details, and strongest selling points to decide which areas to highlight. I typically suggest planning 3 to 4 setups, depending on how styled the home is.

From there, we create intentional scenes that show the space as if it were in use, whether that means a breakfast setup in the kitchen or a cozy evening by the fire pit. We’ll typically use whatever is already available to guests for the photos, though I may suggest bringing in a few additional props or elements to help the scenes feel more lived in. Those details will be outlined in your creative brief. Any food, beverage, décor, or props used for styled setups are sourced and provided by the client. Overall, the goal is to highlight the experience of your stay with hospitality images that guests can relate to.
